This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order and under what conditions.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@email.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].
2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still request a return or refund after receiving the order, following our Refund & Return Policy (link to your policy page).
3. Prepaid and COD Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Once shipped, COD cancellations are not allowed.
4. Order Modification
- If you wish to make changes to your order (like address or quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
- After the order is processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
5. Automatic Cancellations
Your order may be automatically cancelled by Gadgets Decor if:
- The payment is not successfully completed.
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
If this happens, you will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded.
